We’ve used Lake Shore several times now and we’ve been beyond pleased every time. Their quality and attention to detail is top notch and their customer service is the best. Rob and his staff communicate and provide updates regularly thought out the project and they meet or exceed their completion date. Our most recent purchase was bow pads for our boat and they have surpassed our expectations - one of our best purchases yet. The great staff at Lake Shore traveled over an hour, two days in a row, to where our boat was in winter storage to install these pads so they would be done before we launched. What a Great place. We walked in today with 3 request for our boat. Rob was finishing up with a customer but Jessica with a very warm smile ask how she could help. My first request was a little odd but she listened and came up with a great solution for us. Jamie had two more request and she explained what we currently had and how they could fix without rebuilding the whole windshield. Another customer walked in and Bob called him by name and the gentleman was very happy with their work and has been using them for years. Simple fix explained by Rob. I had a clear pvc side curtain on my gazebo that I wanted to have a zippered door put in. Lake Shore did a fabulous job at a great price. I was very pleased with the service and timing.

I had a fairly specialized back-country back pack for skiing that had a broken zipper. It was out of warranty and was something that my local alterations shop could not handle due to the thickness of the material and difficulty sewing it. I thought of a canvas repair shop, and I’m glad I tried Lake Shore. They were friendly, interested, and willing to undertake the unique request. They performed a fantastic repair! If I still had a boat, I would absolutely have them do the canvas work.

Our new to us Sundancer was in desperate need of a new design for the dated old canvas top. We met with Rob in October to discuss the multitude of choices. We decided on a full camper style top to maximize the sitting area in the cockpit. We are spending the entire summer exploring the Great Lakes and 🇨🇦. Rob and his team were over the top helpful every step 0f the way. We splashed on June 7th and are near Buffalo NY and we are in awe of how the new top has transformed the cockpit into a screened in porch. Had a color match issue with our window shade, but they quickly fixed it and provided great customer service. We have used them for new glass pieces, floor mats, and dash covers, all turned out great! I would recommend this place for any of your boat canvas needs!

Lakeshore Boat Top is outstanding. I had my whole boat reupholstered over the winter. Long story short, when I took the boat out in the spring I learned that one of my seats had been damaged from some additional work that I had done while it was in storage. Rob and Dawn took care of it for me. No questions asked. My seat was fixed the next day. This is an excellent example of how customer service should be handled. It was very refreshing. On a side note, Rob was also able to make me a new canvas roof for my daughters swing set. They go above and beyond. Thank you all for a great experience.

I’ve owned many boats over the years so I’ve needed the upholstery and vinyl to done on occasion . Never have I experienced the level of materials or craftsmanship that Lake Shore Boat Top brought to the table . They reupholstered my 10 year old Pursuit . The result surpassed the factory install. 5 stars for these folks .

Today I had the pleasure of using Lake Shore Boat Top Inc. for a zipper fix on my.... travel stroller bag. That's right, not anything to do with a boat. I needed it for the next day and was in distress when I went to pull it out of storage and noticed that the zipper had broken. I took a gamble and called up Lake Shore Boat Top Inc. to see if they could help. The lady on the phone was very sweet and told me to bring it in and if they could fix it, they would. Upon entering each employee was very professional and kind. They fixed my zipper and said my baby was cute, so 5 Stars for sure!

We had the honor of working with Rob and crew on our Tiara 3500 Express for an entire new canvas package. The talent, workmanship and professionalism exceeded our expectations and is top notch! From the first initial contact with Rob, we were very impressed with the personal attention through every step of the project. I’ve dealt with other canvas companies in the past on other boats and will NEVER recommend anybody but Rob and his team. Not only do they do canvas, but they do marine flooring and marine upholstery. The only downfall for us is now we have to wait until Spring 2021 to fully enjoy! You will NOT be disappointed when you hire this company.

If you're looking for a quick or cheap canvas job, then this might not be your place. But if you're looking for a high quality job with outstanding service, especially after the job is done, this is the place. They listen to what you want done and will try to accommodate your preferences instead of forcing you into cookie cutter jobs. I got ripped off by another fly by night shop and paid dearly for going the cheap route, based on word of mouth reviews. I would have saved money if I had just come here first. This is a first rate business that's run like a normal retailer - they actually take.credit cards unlike many of these shoddy marine shops, and they'll work with you on the initial deposit. Some people who are impatient might complain about the turn around but canvas usually has to be custom made so either plan accordingly or try to get your work done during the off-season. I'm very happy with the work done and now I smile when I see how great my boat looks.

Lakeshore Boat Top Company just did all the upholstery on the bridge of my boat. Outstanding job, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They have also done other work in the past on the boat. Cockpit shade, rear cockpit seat, custom flag pole. All with perfection.

After a recent windstorm my canvas was damaged. I called Lakeshore boat top and they were able to get me in right away for emergency repairs, as the damage left me without canvas. in no time at all they had the canvas back to me good as new. I emailed Rob, explained the Bimini parts I needed to add support bars on our Beneteau 373. He let me know they had what I needed and where to dock to walk to his shop! Jefferson Beach. Marina let us have a slip for free while we walked over to Lake Shore Boat Top. They had the bars cut and ready for us and gather all the parts we needed and we were on our way! The efficiency of taking care of us as we cruised through was 5 star! .
